Is Poznan an emerging tech hub in Poland?!

The IT community in Poland constitutes nearly 25% of all developers in Central and Eastern Europe. The country has several IT hubs, including Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, and others.

In smaller cities, such as Poznań, developers may receive 10 to 20% less compensation than their colleagues in larger IT hubs.

It's worth noting that despite the lower compensation, the cost of living in these areas is significantly cheaper than in larger European cities. The rent index in Poznań is only 10% lower than in Warsaw. Additionally, IT hubs in Poland are twice as affordable as those in other European locations and offer over 60% better cost of living when compared to New York.

The city has the biggest share of IT companies working with other Polish clients (16%) and one of the largest shares of German IT outsourcing (21.9% of clients), with only 22,000 professional developers.

Poznań has the largest percentage of IT companies working with Polish clients, accounting for 16% of the total share, and one of the highest shares of German IT outsourcing, with 21.9% of clients. Poznań is home to only 22,000 professional developers

Poznań has just over 130 IT companies, so it would be an ideal location for startups and small companies looking to establish themselves without needing large dedicated teams.

TechBehemoths lists almost 70 IT companies from Poznań. Our advanced filter eases the selection process and helps you shortlist companies based on your project requirements. Submit your project requirements to receive a list of curated tech companies. The platform is free to use, with no obligation to hire.
