Welcome to TechBehemoths’ Meet the Winners video interview series.
Today, we’re pleased to feature EloQ Communications, a Vietnam-based strategic communications consultancy and a multi-year TechBehemoths Award winner, recognized for consistent excellence in public relations and integrated communications.
In this interview, we speak with Clāra Ly-Le, Founder and Managing Director of EloQ Communications, about building trust-driven communication strategies in emerging markets, what sustained recognition means for a consultancy focused on long-term impact, and how credibility, consistency, and strategic discipline shape their vision for the years ahead.
1. Please introduce yourself and your company. What does your team specialize in?
My name is Clāra Ly-Le, and I’m the Founder and Managing Director of EloQ Communications, a Vietnam-based strategic communications consultancy working with clients across Southeast Asia and international markets.
At EloQ Communications, we focus on public relations, social media marketing, and integrated communications, with a strong emphasis on reputation building, crisis preparedness, and trust-driven storytelling. Our work often sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and cultural insight. We help brands navigate uncertainty, regulatory change, and digital disruption in emerging markets like Vietnam.
What differentiates our team is not just execution, but strategic thinking. Many of our consultants come from backgrounds in journalism, corporate communications, and academia, which allows us to approach campaigns with both rigor and real-world practicality. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions; instead, we design communication strategies that are locally grounded, ethically responsible, and scalable across markets.
Ultimately, EloQ exists to help organizations communicate with clarity, credibility, and long-term impact, not just short-term visibility.
2. What does winning a TechBehemoths Award mean for your company?
Winning a TechBehemoths Award is meaningful for EloQ Communications, not only because it is a global recognition, but because it is a repeated one. Being recognized for several consecutive years reinforces that our performance is not accidental or campaign-specific, but the result of sustained quality and strategic discipline.
For our team, this achievement represents validation from both industry peers and the broader professional community. TechBehemoths’ evaluation framework – which emphasizes real performance, transparency, and client validation rather than paid participation – aligns closely with how we approach communications work. That alignment makes the award especially credible in our eyes.
And more importantly, the award strengthens our commitment to clients. It reassures them that they are partnering with a team that consistently delivers impact, not just ideas — and that trust, once earned, is something we work hard to protect every day.
3. What do you believe sets your company apart in your market or service category?
What differentiates EloQ Communications in our market is not scale or visibility, but trust earned through consistency. In an industry where agencies are often changed year to year, one of our most meaningful milestones this year is continuing a partnership that has lasted over five consecutive years.
We represent this client across both corporate communications and their full product portfolio, a responsibility that requires strategic coherence, regulatory awareness, and an in-depth understanding of the organization’s long-term priorities. Being entrusted with such a broad and sustained mandate is a strong signal of confidence in our thinking, judgment, and execution.
This kind of partnership doesn’t happen through isolated campaigns. It is built through everyday decisions: how risks are managed, how sensitive issues are handled, and how communication aligns with business and public-interest goals over time. It also reflects our ability to operate as an extension of our clients’ internal teams rather than as an external vendor.
For us, this milestone best represents what EloQ stands for – long-term value over short-term wins, and relationships grounded in credibility, accountability, and shared purpose.
4. How has this recognition—both the Award itself and being part of TechBehemoths as a platform—impacted your team, clients, or plans for 2026?
The impact of this recognition goes beyond visibility. Being part of TechBehemoths as a platform places EloQ Communications within a global ecosystem where performance, specialization, and consistency are continuously compared and contextualized. That perspective is valuable – not just for clients, but for how we operate internally.
For our team, it has sharpened our sense of standards. Seeing where we stand globally encourages more rigorous thinking around process, documentation, and measurable outcomes. It has also supported talent conversations, helping us attract professionals who are motivated by substance and long-term growth rather than short-term agency hype.
From a business development perspective, the platform has created more relevant conversations. Inquiries coming through TechBehemoths tend to be better informed and more aligned with our strengths, which allows us to be more selective and strategic in choosing partnerships.
As we plan for 2026, this recognition supports a clear direction: fewer but deeper engagements, stronger advisory roles, and continued investment in areas like crisis preparedness, risk intelligence, and reputation governance. For us, growth is not about scale. It’s about precision and purpose.
5. What advice would you give to companies that want to stand out in the tech industry?
For companies looking to stand out in the tech industry, my strongest advice is to shift the focus from being visible to being credible. Attention is easy to gain in digital markets; trust is not. What truly differentiates strong tech organizations is how clearly and responsibly they communicate when complexity, uncertainty, or risk is involved.
Thank you for joining us and for being part of Meet the Winners. We appreciate your openness and wish you continued success in the years to come.
