According to Salary Explorer, the average salary of a web developer in Germany is estimated at around 3300 EUR/mo -  one of the highest in Europe, which defines the high demand on the market for digital services and products, but as well it reveals the high-quality services companies based in Germany provide.

Needless to say that the presence of tech giants in Germany, and their continuous investment in the local IT environment is one of the basic indicators of a healthy IT industry. Having ¼ of European market value, the German IT industry is considered to be the most developed, with the UK and France on second and respectively third position far behind it. This is confirmed as well by official numbers that reveal that the Berlin IT industry worths 3 times more than Paris and 1,5 times more than the London IT industry.
