- I came to them looking for webmaster support for my website. They promised to have the work finalized in 48 hours, and delivered in 24. I was very pleased because it was such short notice, and I was freaking out not having a working website after running updates on my own. I tried calling Hostgator (host), tried calling GoDaddy (domain), but it really came down to DEZCOOL getting into my server files to have the problems resolved.
