Add People

I had my own Google Ad set up and a sales person of Add People got it touch to stress how ineffective it is as it's not set up in the optimal way. After a few demo calls I agreed to use their service as I was pretty much assured I wouldn't regret it and after customers are brought to my website would likely get in touch as it's a good website. A few months down the line and I haven't had a single phone call or email. I appreciate the efforts but it just isn't working and for a small struggling business like mine during Covid I really can't afford to keep paying and seeing no chance of a return. It was suggested to me if it's not working they would look at ending the contract but I'm now being held to it being told they would only reconsider after a full month of suggested changes to my website. The website I was told originally was really good and ideal for conversion. I would love for it to work they have been polite, and offer great one to one's service but not a single person/customer has come through to me and the cost may contribute to us going out of business very soon. I strongly feel we should be allowed to leave the contract that commits us to a year, immediately certainly in these times to help a new and small business.

Horrible Service locked us in a period of 12 months and gave us horrible service DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR GOOGLE ADS HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY EVEN USED THE WRONG KEYWORDS THAN APOLIGIZED FOR IT. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WOULD WRITE THEM BAD REVIEWS FOR WHAT THEY DOING MR MATHEW FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES SAID WE WILL ALSO WRITE BAD REVIEWS FOR YOUR COMPANY. ABSOULTE THUGS WORK HERE. I wanted to write a review about Add People - particularly Rhys from google ads campaign. I took out a campaign in May this year and I can honestly say it was the best thing I have done for my business. My income has trebled. I have gone from it being a hobby to 'nearly' a full time business where I have been able to hire someone else to help. It did take a bit of time however for it to work. I only saw a slight difference in the first 3 months but by the time it got to September I had more enquiries in a day that I did in a week before. I also want to say about the professional service that Rhys from Add People provide. They genuinely want to see you do well. I have just signed up to another 6 months.

Outstanding service and reasonable prices provided by Add People and in particular my account rep Rhys Walker who is personable, professional and knowledgeable. The only downside is that Add People try to increase the monthly management fee when your contract is due for renewal. Stop doing this and you'll have my business for many years to come!
