- We went with this company 4 years ago to keep business in our community but would not do it again having had the experiences we've had with them. Recently, we wanted to completely redesign our website and gave their "website developer" a couple websites we liked and some ideas we wanted incorporate into our new design. 4 weeks later when we inquired about progress, he said to us "what exactly were we looking to change about our current website ?" It's like we spent 4 weeks dialoguing with someone else, nothing was done-4 weeks wasted.. We found another web site designer that did a fantastic job in a week following the same basic instructions we had provided the other guy. Then they dragged my refund out for a month saying refunds are done on the first of the month and then the check was "lost" in the mail and that took another week to resolve and then my refund had a 10% late fee subtracted from the balance but what are you going to do about it at this point. We were glad to be rid of them-keep the 10% There are better business out there doing what this company does.
